The ‘Discover’ stage involved document verification for each service partner, generation of work orders, and standardization of a consistent workflow so that the application remained accessible to its end-users.
For this project, after analysis and research at the ‘Discover’ stage, Uaxe Labs concluded that there was a need to redesign the brand identity and web design. As a result, the development process commenced with competitor analysis.
Alongside branding, Team Uaxe Labs focused on the key points to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality cleaning services to our end-users. This included technical requirements to enhance workflow management.

DEFINE THE PROBLEM

Define

The design and development process started after we defined a blueprint for the user actions on the platform. The project blueprint highlighted the exact flow of the activities in which users should interact with the application. Along with this, a set of wireframes were also prepared. While developing the blueprint, the prime focus was on maintaining the entire flow to be easily understandable and time-saving for the user.
Team Uaxe Labs worked on a mobile application mission where the users could access the service partners available within a radius of 10 km near their home location and even allowed service technicians to access real-time information while in the field - increasing first-visit resolutions and decreasing service costs.
